The place is spread over two floors in the Jacob Samuel boutique hotel, at the intersection of Dizengoff-Arlozorov streets. Cafe Popular offers two different entertainment experiences; The ground floor is a bistro with a local bistro menu, built by the chef and owner Avi Biton. The underground floor is a bar with a unique alcohol menu and a dining menu.
